Logyards for the OSB industry
The OSB production is a very complex process with a continuous integration of all machines and systems - from log handling to the board stacking. If one component breaks down, usually the complete production stops. Especially here a reliable technique is needed from specialists that really understand what matters. HOLTEC demonstrates its knowledge in log handling in more than 20 debarker and flaker lines for the OSB production: rugged conveying systems, complete engineering from the steel construction to the safety concept - passion in every detail. That makes the difference! Here is not the simple connection of machine components important. Only when all system components are perfectly attuned to each other the availability of the complete plant is provided.
We design your logyard individually to your needs. We integrate all flaker machines of the leading suppliers (PALLMANN, Carmanah, Fuji King) to a useful total concept - in frost regions including conditioning systems with the necessary heating technology. For the flaker infeed crane / excavator solutions or the proven pocket loader system can be operated. Challenge us.
