Powerful technology for
powerful challenges.
Robust, durable and reliable - for a continuous
material flow even under the toughest conditions
The wood-based materials industry traditionally processes a wide variety of logs – ranging from heavily curved stems to pieces with a broad spectrum of lengths and diameters. In addition to common softwoods such as spruce and pine, there is an increasing proportion of hard hardwoods being used. This diversity of material places high demands on conveying technology, particularly when feeding chippers.
Conditions here are often tough: branches, irregular log diameters and extreme loads from heavy hardwoods require an especially robust and resilient design. The infeed must operate reliably, withstand high mechanical stresses and at the same time ensure a continuous supply of material.
It is precisely for these challenges that we have developed a specialised product range: our longitudinal conveyors are available as durable belt conveyors or – for particularly demanding applications – as chain bed conveyors. They offer high wear resistance, are designed for continuous operation and guarantee maximum operational reliability.
With our technology, we enable efficient and economical processing even under the toughest conditions – ensuring smooth material flow in your production.
For a high-performance chipper to fully realise its potential, the material must be fed safely and with maximum availability. The key lies in careful planning: every component – from the conveying technology to the machine itself – must be perfectly matched. On request, we integrate all common drum chippers into our plant concepts. Comprehensive planning, precise coordination of interfaces and a solution-oriented approach – all of these ensure that a complete installation operates economically and efficiently. Rely on our experience from more than 300 plant designs successfully implemented worldwide.
