The Kappstar enables flexible package crosscutting at various work areas. This mobile tilting saw is suitable not only for front and end cuts, but also for the precise trimming of entire packages to different lengths. The HOLTEC Kappstar impresses with its easy handling and low cutting effort. High‑quality pneumatic tyres and triple‑adjustable support stands ensure a stable position and precise, square cuts – under almost all conditions.
The separate lubrication oil pump drive guarantees a constant flow rate at all times, while the generously sized oil tank with practical level indicator is designed for around 3.5 hours of operation.
The rugged cutting assembly features a fully stellite-armoured guide bar (cutting lengths from 100 to 250 cm) and can be equipped to suit your needs: choose between the STIHL scratcher chain, a carbide-tipped scratcher chain or a chipper chain – depending on your application.
And what's more: changing the chain is quick and easy and can be done without any additional tools!
