The Holtec package crosscut station type ES121 has stood for maximum reliability in the cutting of timber packages for decades. The moveable package carriage positions each package precisely in front of the stationary saw unit – ensuring accurate cuts, one after another.

Due to the integrated set-off device, the kerf can be opened exactly where required. The parallel set-off device offers a decisive advantage: short packages are lifted horizontally. This prevents any misalignment or slippage due to the package being tilted. If needed – for example when handling pre‑strapped cants – the system can be equipped with two set-off devices.

The robust yet precise saw unit ensures long‑term right-angled and accurate cutting surfaces in all applications.
