In May 2024 we celebrated a very special anniversary: Arthur Klinkhammer marked his 45th year with Holtec – an incredible achievement that not many people reach – and shortly afterwards entered his well-deserved retirement. Arthur started his career at Holtec on 15 May 1979 as an electrician. In 1988, he transitioned to our installation department as an electrical fitter from where he made a decisive contribution to the successful development of our projects. Thanks to his tireless commitment and deep knowledge, he later became Head of the Department for Service, Installation and Warranty. With his expertise, passion and impressive loyalty, Arthur not only shaped our company, but also the way the team worked together. His colleagues and the management valued him as a dedicated and reliable colleague who could always be relied on. His 45 years with Holtec are not only an impressive professional chapter, but also an example of dedication and consistency. As a retirement gift, the Service Department presented him with a pensioner’s bench, a small symbol of the many milestones he has achieved and the new phase of his life. For his future, the entire staff wishes Arthur all the best, good health and many relaxing hours. Thank you for 45 incredible years, Arthur – we will miss you!
